Systems Engineer - Cloud, Server, Docker and Linux

Skills Required:

Design, implementation, configuration, and administration of Linux and Windows operating systems to support various applications.

Server Optimization and Security Fixes. Maintaining backups - including twice in a week check to make sure that the backups are running.

Implement hardware and software alarm system.

Analyzes localization requirements and designs/adapts products and solutions accordingly.

Capabilities to implement, administer, maintain and troubleshoot network devices including WAPs, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Proxy and Controllers.

Adhere to the software quality process through the execution of module, subsystem and system test procedures.

Generic knowledge on Web services and IT tools will be an added advantage.

Provides estimates for modules under development, and estimates for new projects. Create policy and documentation when necessary. Provide and implement best practices and recommendations.

Reviews relevant requirements, standards and other documentation to clarify and understand software engineering requirements.

Ability to create technical high end diagrams and presentations to various clients (with presentation skills) is very crucial.
